• ऋण भुक्तानी गर्ने पर्याप्त क्षमता प्रमाणित गर्नुपर्ने।
• संस्थाले आवश्यक ठानेअनुसार धितो वा जमानत उपलब्ध गराउनुपर्ने।

• ऋण आवेदन फाराम।
• नेपाली नागरिकताको प्रतिलिपि।
• हालसालै खिचिएको पासपोर्ट साइजको फोटो।
• कृषि व्यवसाय वा परियोजनासम्बन्धी विवरण।
• जग्गा, कृषि फार्म वा व्यवसायसम्बन्धी आवश्यक कागजात (लागू भएमा)।
