Annual Review Meeting and Annual Work Plan Handover Program (FY 2083/84)
On Sunday, 26 July 2026 (10 Shrawan 2083 B.S.), Madhya Nepal Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd. successfully organized its Annual Review of Fiscal Year 2082/83 and Annual Work Plan & Performance Handover Program for Fiscal Year 2083/84 at Shanti Sudha Resort, Madhyabindu. The program was chaired by the Chairperson, Mr. Tulmani Paudel.
The program was formally inaugurated with the ceremonial lighting of the traditional oil lamp (Panas) by the Advisor, Mr. Krishna Prasad Gautam. The Vice Chairperson, Mrs. Prema Kumari Khanal, delivered the welcome address.
The event witnessed the active participation of members of the Board of Directors, Audit Supervisory Committee, Advisors, Credit Sub-Committee, Service Center Management Sub-Committees, and the institution's employees.
During the program, the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Narbhupal Bhusal, presented a comprehensive review of the institution's performance during Fiscal Year 2082/83, along with the annual budget, upcoming programs, and key financial and non-financial achievements and updates. Likewise, the Department Heads and Service Center Managers presented their annual performance review reports, highlighting the previous year's targets, achievements, future work plans, opportunities, challenges, and proposed solutions.
On the occasion, awards and recognitions were presented based on outstanding performance. Devchuli Service Center was recognized as the Best Performing Service Center (First Position), while Shubhakamana Service Center secured the Second Position.
Among the Market Assistants, the awards were presented as follows:
- First: Ms. Dikshita Pokharel
- Second: Ms. Pramila Chhetri
- Third: Ms. Harikala Neupane
- Consolation Award: Ms. Anupa Bhurtel
Furthermore, Mrs. Sabitri Devi Sharma, Service Center Manager of Divyapuri Service Center, received the Service Center Improvement Award, while Mr. Mohan Bahadur Chhetri, Market Assistant, was honored with the Member Expansion and Relationship Management Award.
The program was facilitated by the Secretary, Mr. Dilaram Pandey. During the closing session, distinguished participants shared valuable suggestions, best wishes, and constructive remarks, expressing their commitment to the continued growth, sustainability, and success of the institution.
