नेपाल बचत तथा ऋण केन्द्रीय सहकारी संघ लि. (नेफ्स्कून) को समन्वयमा नेपाल भ्रमणमा रहनुभएका हेटियाराच्ची नेतृत्वको टोलीले समुदायमा आधारित बचत तथा ऋण सहकारी संस्थाको कार्यप्रणाली, सदस्य सेवा प्रणाली, वित्तीय व्यवस्थापन तथा ग्रामीण वित्तीय अभ्यासहरूको अध्ययन गरेको हो ।

नेफ्स्कूनका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत डा. शिवजी सापकोटा, वरिष्ठ अधिकृत प्रेमनाथ वाग्लेको उपस्थितिमा मध्य नेपाल साकोसका अध्यक्ष तुलमणी पौडेल,उपाध्यक्ष प्रेमा कुमारी खनाल, कोषाध्यक्ष जगनाथ अर्याल, प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत नरभुपाल भुषाल, सहायक प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत उमापति भट्टराई तथा साकोसका उच्च व्यवस्थापन तहका कर्मचारीहरुको सहभागिता रहेको थियो ।

On **Jestha 2,2083 (BS)**, a delegation led by **Mr. Ranjith Hettiarachchi**, Senior Technical Officer of the **Asian Confederation of Credit Unions (ACCU)**, conducted an **observation and interaction program** at **Madhya Nepal Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd.**

The visit was organized as part of the delegation's study tour to Nepal under the coordination of the **Nepal Federation of Savings and Credit Cooperative Unions Ltd. (NEFSCUN)**. During the visit, the team observed and studied the cooperative's community-based savings and credit operations, member service delivery system, financial management practices, and rural financial inclusion initiatives.

The program was attended by **Dr. Shivaji Sapkota**, Chief Executive Officer of NEFSCUN, and **Mr. Premnath Wagle**, Senior Officer of NEFSCUN. Representing Madhya Nepal Savings and Credit Cooperative Ltd. were **Mr. Tulamani Paudel**, Chairperson; **Ms. Prema Kumari Khanal**, Vice Chairperson; **Mr. Jagannath Aryal**, Treasurer; **Mr. Narbhupal Bhusal**, Chief Executive Officer; **Mr. Umapati Bhattarai**, Assistant Chief Executive Officer; along with members of the cooperative's senior management team.

The visit provided an opportunity to exchange experiences, share best practices, and strengthen cooperation in the development of community-based savings and credit cooperatives.
